500 days to fame is a project that launched January 1st, 2007. Founded by Rick Uyesugi, the intentions and purpose of the project is not only a personal challenge to find fame in this crazy world we live in, but is also meant to be an inspiration in hopes that it will motivate others to follow their dreams too.

Inspired by Rick’s ideas, Marica Morales agreed to embark on this project along with Rick hoping to watch it grow and turn into something huge. With the same ambitions and hard struck motivation, together they will strive to succeed in the field of entertainment bringing you what you want to see and hear.

Starting absolutely from scratch, both Rick and Marica will post written and video blogs on this website recording everything they do throughout the year related to this project. Specfically wanting to be television personalities/hosts, they will begin an online talk show gathering various people who feel the need and want to be recognized for their talents.(Expect personal and interesting interviews and spectacular performances.)

Regardless of whether or not this project succeeds in 500 days, this nonetheless will not be seen as a failure. Both Rick and Marica will be able to gain experience, work on and master their skills and for the most part, enjoy the ride. This project will be a learning process and a stepping stone for both Rick and Marica’s future endeavors.
