Day 21 - NOT to my surprise…

Again, thanks a million to those who are following us through this project. It does not shock me at all to know that we received such a comment. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and whether or not they will be active about it, should not discourage either Rick or I or ANYONE pursuing their dreams for that matter. Comments like that can only make one stronger right? I applaud Rick for being so honest and straightforward about our goals.

So as you know, Rick has Canucks tickets to give away. SO GET POSTIN’!! It seems like many of you have already, which is GREAT! =) There have been many comments about the photoshoot that took place last weekend. Again, thanks to Paul, Tara, Spiro and Nick for sparing time and helping us out. The shoot was a BLAST and the photos turned out GREAT! With that done, Rick and I will launch the actual talk show Sunday evening, entitled “Dreamstreet.” We have a couple of interesting guests taking part and we will do our best to get the episode up as soon as possible. Don’t forget that anyone can be a part of this….even YOU. The only catch, you MUST be passionate about whatever it is you would like to broadcast to the world. And there is absolutely NO doubt in my mind that there is a single person out there who ISN’T passionate about something, whether if it is dancing, singing, writing, painting, car racing, modelling…the list is endless. I am excited to launch this show and even more excited to meet the plenty of people out there who want to share their talents and dreams with us.

Before I end this blog, I just want to share with you all a quotation from “The Pursuit of Happyness,” which will stay with me forever. It’s short, simple…and I love it.

I’m sure a lot of people want to be famous, including myself. You guys are inspirations for those who don’t even try to achieve their goals. I really do hope that you guys make it, you both deserve it.

Dream and protect it… I’ve heard a lot of pretty good quotes in the last few years, but I have to say this one is the best!

I’m curious as to what you mean when you say that anyone can take part in “this”. If do we have something we are passionate about, and we would like to broadcast it to the world, how would we get in contact with you and Rick to discuss it?

I look forward to seeing the episode of Dreamstreet, whenever it’s up for viewing. =)

Hey guys I just have to say that when I 1st received a “friend request” from you I was ready to delete it like I do to every other unknown friend request I receive…but for some reason I thought I’d check you out, I watched the 1st video blog and decided to add you to my friends list, I was intrigued. Anyways I’m curious to see what you guys are going to do next. I like the idea, it’s original and I’ve never seen anything like it before. I hope everything goes well with the project!

I’m addicted to people who focus and thrive off of one or two (or three or four) of their life’s passions. Music, love, art, literature, sports, travel…whatever. You can always literally feel someone who is unafraid to chase their dreams, people who paint their lives in bright colors and speak breaths of fresh air. In my opinion, nothing is more real than a human with passion. These are the people i hope you find for your show; we are all amazing and i think your project will truly illustrate that fact.

Making It Happen - Go for It

There are times in our lives when all the signs seem to be pointing us in a
particular direction. Our thoughts and dreams are echoed in the songs and
stories we hear and the media we see. Maybe the message we are getting from the
universe doesn’t even make sense in the real world, but somewhere inside, these
urges feel right. Maybe you feel you are being told to move to a new city
although your life where you are is just fine. Or maybe you feel the desire to
pursue a new direction in your career when it never really interested you
before. When we spend time getting in touch with our higher selves, our
intuition sends us directives to lead us to become our best and most fulfilled
selves. And when we are open and listening, the next step is to take action and
go for it.

Once we make the decision to pursue our inner urgings, the universe sets into
motion the means for all sorts of details to fall into place. A sense of peace
will come over us, because we know that any questions will no longer make us
wonder if our dreams are possible, but how to make them happen. Instead of
deterring us from our goal, these questions only serve to clarify our focus to

it goes ahead to clear debris from our path so that we can go forward. Our new
attitude also attracts like minded people. Sometimes even the most unlikely

Dreams are just as individual as you are. We are all the same (humans) yet we are all individuals and every person has the same dream…to be successful. If you choose to be successful in a tv career then work at it and you’ll get your way. If you think you can then you’re probably right and if you think you can’t then your probably right. It’s all mind over matter!! Keep up the good work and good luck with your future!!
