Hey everyone! Marica here. Since Rick has left to Vegas for a few days I thought I’d continue on with the blogs. First of all, I would just like to thank those who have already been following us and the progress of our project. Your support and suggestions are very much appreciated.

I would like to thank Paul Mabasa for agreeing to take our head shots. I am incredibly excited to work with you. =)

Some of you may be wondering what my role is in this entire project. Starting on the 8th of January, I will be back in school and I have promised Rick that I will do my best to still take part and help further advance 500daystofame. Whether if there are written blogs to be done, videoblogs to be made, short shows to host or interviews to conduct, you will most likely see me taking part in all of those activities. It will probably be tough to juggle classes, work and pursue this project, but because of my willingness and drive to help Rick succeed with 500daystofame, I will do what it takes.

Rick has already mentioned our creation of a talk show, which will be named something other than 500daystofame. As he also mentioned, we are here to help others and to make a difference in their lives. It is unbelievably incredible to know that there is just TOO much hidden talent out there and hard workers deserve to be known. They deserve to be recognized for the amount of effort they make to reach their goals. These people can be inspirational to others if we can give them the chance to speak to the public. Sure, they can do this on their own by creating their own weblogs with videos, diaries etc. but there are plenty who need that extra push and the motivation to put themselves out there. So I guess one of our goals right now is to find people who fit that description and are willing to be on the show. We are also welcoming those who have passed that stage and are just looking for more exposure. This talk show I believe will be a pretty much open ended one.
